Role permission manager did not set for single doctype

Hi all,
I have a single doctype i gave a permissions under the doctype but i’s not reflect role permission manager report pls any one tell me how i give permissions for single doctypes

Sorry , I’m not able to found solution. Currently i given perms via role permission manager .
