Game plan is such a beautiful piece of software which is so simple and powerful for managing projects but i somehow feel it is not stable, I may be wrong

Can someone help me with following

1. I am unable to assign task to guests or members.
2. Members and Guests are able to delete tasks inspire of the fact that they don’t have the permission for the same.
