While creating a new user in Frappe Helpdesk, the Role Profile dropdown is empty. Roles like Agent, Customer, and others are not listed, so I have to manually assign roles to the user after the creation process.

Go to role profile list and check there any role profile created or not. if not created then first create that.
First, check if the role profile is created. If not, create it. If it’s already created, simply copy the role profile name, paste it here, and save. It should work.
