RTL direction for a new language

Greetings,
I’m trying to translate the Frappe Framework locally for now & afterwards send it upstream and start with ERPNext translations. Kurdish (Sorani) is RTL like Arabic, Persian & others.
By following the steps described here, I’ve added the language & can see translations, but the text direction is LTR. Some searching led me to this old comment but seemingly in Frappe 15 this function has moved elsewhere.

Any idea how i should add RTL manually?

I’ve already translated most of it, yet due to Frappe (or Bootstrap if i’m not mistaken) not recognizing ‘‘ckb’’ (Kurdish Sorani) as a RTL language, it shows everything from LTR, which kinda makes it harder to translate & see how they’re displayed.

Any help on how to make it RTL would be highly appreciated.
