Salary Slip Calculation issue

Joinig Date is 10 Jul now when i create salarySlip from 10 July to 21 Jul total Working Days is 17

Salary genrate full MOnth ???

When I change from date is 1st then it’s working fine

Hi. Your screenshot shows working day as 17 and Payment days as 16. What is the salary structure ?
