We have our employees under a monhtly based salary structure.
But some time our employees go for vacation and we give them vacation balance by running payroll for them separatly.
In ERPNext how we can do this?
some time we want to pay employee for 40 days or more.

You can create new salary structure and add component as vacation and when you are processing payroll for particular employee select this structure.

Can you help regarding arrears? and what about next payroll how system will know that we gave him this much money already?
