Salary Slip Showing Zero

Hi All,

I’m getting zero in pay slip and can’t see the earnings and deductions in salary slip generated from payroll entry.

Hi,

How have you created the Salary Slip? Is it via Payroll Entry? Also share a screenshot of the salary structure. If your components are dependent on Base, make sure you have no set Base as 0 in the Salary Structure Assignment.

It is via Payroll entry, also, it is dependent on the Based and Base is not 0.Frappe Cloud

Checked, Looks like the salary structure assignment is cancelled. Please post it. In case the issue persists, request you to create a ticket for it since yours is a hosted instance.
