To which extend I can use the condition in the salary structure? In other words, I can use the parameters (the fields) of doctype to build a condition? Can I use if statement and for loop?
For example, can I write a condition to check the age of the employee or how many children he has?a?

Sorry as this feature is not available for now. You can apply formula bases on salary on the base amount and value in the other Salary Component.
If there is any possibility to achieve this with custom scripting, hope members will assist you on it.
