Salary structure technique

Hi Experts,
Is it better to add new salary structure for each employee and update this salary structure each new finical year? I mean that each employee has separate salary structure.
Or what is the best technique?

Well, since you have an Employee’s table in the form, I guess that the best aproach will be having a Salary Structure per designation. For example, one for your Agents, another for Supervisors (or Managers), and so on.
