Hi everyone,

I need your help please, I am facing the following issue:

When creating Sales Invoice, the Sales Invoice Item doesn’t show up while I haven’t updated/amended/customized the system.

There must be some error in the browser’s console. Please check and share the error message if any. Have you recently updated your system? Seems like the update did not go smooth.

I didn’t update my system since Aug-2017
My current system version:
ERPNext: v8.6.5 (master)
Frappe Framework: v8.6.4 (master)

Try bench build and bench --site all clear-cache. Also try after clearing browser’s cache.

Hello,

I have made build and clear cache but the same situation still exist.
Also I have restored the full VPS to a point which was working and it works well, however when I restored the sql database from my latest sql backup, the error appeared again.
so I believe it is not a browser issue because I tried different browsers as well.

Also I have compared the below folder from the two VPS’s old/new and both are identical.
/home/frappe/frappe-bench/apps/erpnext/erpnext/accounts

Hope you have any suggestion.

Something to do get_route_options_for_new_doc undefined?

Check the server logs to identify what is up there?
