Hello guys, I have been trying to find a fix for a bug for weeks now. When trying to create a Sales Order the discount fields (additional_discount_percentage and discount_amount) come back as 0.0. I have tried so many things, but nothing fixes this. It’s the same if created from the web app (Desk) or via API.
Any idea why this is happening, please?
