Sales Order encoding

Our experience has been that entering item code line items is rather slow.  Once an item is selected, It takes a 1-3 seconds for the item to load up with the other fields populated.

We are particularly affected in sales order processing. With dozen of sales orders and with multiple item lines, the delay is rather significant.

Is there a solution or workaround to speed this up? Even a CSV upload option would be faster…

Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Have you tried using the "Copy" feature?

If you can have a "template" series of Sales Orders you can copy from.

Not a bad idea. But we have maybe 150 skus that are actively ordered, so not sure if feasible....?

Laurence,

In the upcoming version, we are already allowing re-ordering by drag-and-drop, so wait for a few more days.
