In Sales Order view I can see percentage of Billed & percentage of delivered.
I have observed billed percentage is calculated by pending number of items to be billed.
But my requirement is, billed percentage should be calculated by pending value.
Is it possible by some setting ?
Can this be checked from any report ?
Can this be achieved from running any external script ?

Sales order percentage billed is already calculated based on amount. Please check again.

I have checked the logic, percentage billed should be updated by billed amount. There is only one case when it is updated by qty, if net total of sales order is zero, then the system is calculate based on qty.
By the way, delivery percentage is calculated based on qty.
No it is calculated based on number of items billed and not on total Bill value
