Save button not working

I installed few apps and everything was working fine, however when i try to save any document or work, the save option(button) not working. It went greyed out and then i need to refresh everytime, it started after i uninstall the raven app.

ERPNext: v15.27.6 (version-15)
Frappe Framework: v15.29.2 (version-15)
Frappe HR: v15.22.2 (version-15)
Raven: v1.6.1 (develop)

What was the issue? Was it related to Raven?

Yes after the uninstallation i removed the rest of the files from the database which was related to the Raven and then the issue sorted out.
Maybe it was some error/glitch
