Saving Custom Reports from Standard Reports

I would like to make changes in the Standard Reports like getting some
columns and removing some columns and putting some values in the
filter.

Now after I do the above steps I would like to save the report for
future references so that I don’t have to do the same thing again and
again. For this I click on save button on the report, then comes a
message asking me to overwrite the existing report, now if I click
Cancel then there is a prompt to ask me the name of the New Criteria.

Now if the new name is entered then according to me the report should
be showing in custom reports but it is not showing in the custom
reports.

Assistance needed.

Hi,

For Custom Reports (means not overwrite the existing report):

After entering name of the criteria, click on 'Advance Settings'.
It will open search criteria form, there select Standard - 'No'.

Also select relevant Module like for Selling select 'CRM', Buying - 'SRM', etc…
and then save.

Thanks and Regards,

Harshada Ghodke.
