Saving error - Modified time problem

Hi all,

Currently, when I save some item on the system, I meet the error in modified time every saving. This error happened even in this condition:

  • 1 active user
  • Only open 1 tab
  • Fresh system after data migration

I tried many time for reload, F5, then Ctrl + F5, then sign out and open browser again but the same thing happened.
