Scam email in the name of the Foundation

I believe this is a scam and I wonder whether anybody else has received a mail pretending to provide a document regarding the ERPNext Foundation

has anybody else received something similar? anything we can do about this?

I like the domain name. Its a scam definitely. ERPNext is being recognized by scamsters as well.
