Just looking around ERPNext again after some time and note that there seems to have been a lot of progress made.
I am looking at migrating my B2B business onto ERPNext. However, I wanted to find out how I would achieve the following first:
- Order comes in via Shopping Cart
- Order processed in ERPNext and updated in Shopping Cart
AND
A. Order comes in over the phone
B. Order processed in ERPNext
C. Order shows up on Shopping Cart
The reason I want this is so that I can manage returns via the shopping cart and my customers need to get an RMA before returning.
Is this possible?
