Hi to all search on v12 works well after migrating to v13
all-products?search=
gives wrong results, im using this section on all-products page
<input type="search" class="form-control" placeholder="Search" aria-label="Product Search" aria-describedby="product-search" value="hardware">
Any Help would be appreciate
