Seeking Assistance with ERPNext Issues

've been utilizing ERPNext for some time now and have encountered several issues that require attention:

  1. The Trial Balance (TB) is not balancing correctly.
  2. The batch system in the inventory is not functioning as expected.
  3. I need a payroll Journal Voucher (JV) redesign.

As an end user without IT expertise, I would greatly appreciate any help or consultancy to address these challenges.
