Customizing as in theme? Look through the themes on github.
If you mean the home (desk) page then use [Workspaces] (Workspace) Also, customization with Custom HTML Blocks is limitless.

But I want to customize the Admin UI Theme from UI as like the Website Theme Customization with the same workspace.

Could you please assist me in this?
