Select Input on search not working

Description of the issue

when I try to select any item in search input like selecting a customer name or an item in Sales Invoice the selection is not committed and the field is set empty, as showen in the attached video.

Have you been able to search in the past or is this happening on first use of ERPNext , or following an update?

this happened after updating from 12.16 to 12.80

try: bench update --reset

my problem is solved , apparently there was a problem validating link field in the backend with filters, and it was solved in the frappe repo
