Select Type Names link to User

Hi, Is it possible to link names to User? For example. I have a select type field that has names like Employee 1 and Employee 2. I want to link it to [email protected] and [email protected] without it appearing on the module?

Hi,

  1. You create one user i.e [email protected]
    Name- Employee1
    2.save user form
    3.Go to Employee form
    4.Enter details i.e Name-Employee1 and select [email protected]
    5.save Employee form
    6.Means employee get linked to user.
