Send email as being "From" office@mydomain.com

Greetings. When I send an email from a erpnext user (eg Sally Smith sally@mydomain.com), the customer receives it from sally@mydomain.com,. but in Setup > Email Accounts. I only have office@mydomain.com configured.

In other words, my staff do not have their own email address. Everything is “from” the company (small company)

Have you check marked ‘Always use Account’s Email Address as Sender’ field?

It is un-ticked, and Default Outgoing is ticked.
