Hello,
I have two e-mail accounts set up in the system – a generic box (info@companyname.com) and a more specific e-mail account (username@companyname.com).
When responding from the generic box, I would like the e-mail reply to read “Generic Box <info@companyname.com>”. But instead it reads, “User Name<info@companyname.com>”.
It seems no matter the setting, it is using the first and last name of the ERPNext user.
Is there any way to force the actual field from “Email Account Name” that was used in the account setup?
