Sendgrid app install error

I’m installing the sendgrid integration app. When I do, I get an error that pops up for half a sec that says this:

sendgrid.jpg2180×1132 144 KB

“No permission to create Student Attendance Tool”

I’m not sure what that has to do with anything. Is this a bug?

@Nathan looks like a bug. Was able to replicate it. Can you please create an issue on Github?
