Is there a way to automate appointment reminder emails to clients?
Also, I tried the following, but it doesn’t work:
Notification List > Add notification > set “Appointment” as document type
But if I do this, I can’t add ‘client/customer’ as recipient. The only choice available is ‘owner’.
