Hello friends,
I have leave application approval from officers to directors, The leave approval email is being sent twice: the first is when the applicant saves the leave application, and the second one is when the applicant submits the leave application. But I want the application approvers only receive an email only when the applicants apply.
Currently, I have disabled “Send Email Alert” from workflow settings and enabled Send Leave Notification in HR settings. I also tried disabling Send Leave Notification option from HR Settings, but still the approvers receive an email twice. Is there any fix for this?
