We are trying to send mail by importing user csv file. We have set “Send Welcome Email”=1 in CSV. And we also have configured email account. But it is not working after importing that user CSV. Mail is not getting sent to the user.

Please check to see if “Enable Scheduled Jobs” is set in System settings (Background Workers) section

@saurabh6790 can you check? I found that record is not found in the Email Queue as well.
