I have Frappe configured with my IMAP/SMTP email server. When I send an email from within Frappe, the email is sent and there is a Communication created.
When I receive an email at the specific inbox, a Communication is created.
However, if I send an email from Outlook (or any other web client), that sent email does not get created as a Communication. Is this the default behavior? Should’t Frappe be able to watch the Sent folder just like it watches the Inbox folder?
