We manufacture an Item, let’s call it Item1, which has serial no. We then send the item with a subcontractor order to be painted. When complete we do a receipt of this, Item1 back but then we get an error the serial nr already exists.
Any Idea how we can send and receive the same items with one serial nr to subcontractor?
