At warranty claim, system fetch all serial no. (rather delivered only to customer). owing to this warranty expiry date and warranty status is not fetching there.
Any assistance would be admired. Thanks
i have the same issue and after searching around it that inside serial no , there is no information added for warranty. … so you can fetch anything when you do a warranty claim
hope we are doing something wrong and it’s not a system bug
