Serial number missing purchase receipt information

I checked in 24 units of a single item via Purchase receipt, against a purchase order.
1 of these units serial number has seemed to corrupt.

Opening the serial numbers page and there is no purchase receipt information associated with the serial number in question, yet it is present on the purchase receipt.
The remaining 23 units from the purchase receipt are fully functional and display the purchase receipt information on their page.

Therefore, the corrupt serial number has an “Active” status yet ERPnext seems to believe it is not on stock. Resulting in me unable to check it out of stock via delivery note. I can not edit via stock entry types either, as it is not believed to be on stock.

I have found a closed post on a forum that believes the issue occurs when the serial number is associated with a delivery note that is cancelled.

This cannot be the case here, as this is the first attempted sale for the unit.

Unit was checked in 3 months ago. Last delivery note to be deleted was 8 months ago.

Anybody come across and resolved this issue? I seem to have an item on stock that I cannot sell or remove…
