Is there any place in the documentation. Where that these Event Frequency are explained?
What time of the day they run?
what is the difference between Long and regular?

Long - this will add this to the Sheduler Long queue (it is used for jobs that are expected to run for a long time)

By default most of the Daily jobs run at mid-night (12:00 AM)
