Service Product Stocking Issue

Hello All,

There was a service type of product/ item which by mistake while importing was set to “Maintain Stock”. Now by the time I realised there were some entries which were already passed due to which the stock for this Product is also show in my default Warehouse.

I would like to understand what would be the standard way to undo this action.

You should cancel all the stock transactions for this item and then try unchecking Maintain Stock field in the Item master. If there are many items, create new Items with Maintain Stock unchecked.

I am not sure from where can I cancel the stock transactions.

If stock transactions are submitted, you will find Cancel button, in the same place of Save and Submit buttons.
