We are trying to use Support app (Maintenance visit) for Job card creation pertaining to after sales service, This is specially for repairs of machines after sales. Maintenance visit is not linked to stock, is the problem we are facing. We use spares for repairs which are added to maintenance visit entry, however there is no effect on stock. Has anyone customised this app to link to stock so that we can complete sales invoice using same entry. The flow will be Maintenance visit entry → stock entry (if applicable) → Sales invoice. All shall happen in same entry and not different apps. This is somewhat like Sales order/delivery note/sales invoice.
