Set Issue type Based on Email sender

Hi ,

I have setup an Email account to get all the Issues related Emails and Create an Issue based on the Email containt.
How can I do the following:

Incoming Email message > Create a new Issue > Set Issue Type

The assignment is working, so when I send an Email to this account then a new Issue has been created.
Is there a custom script or may I extend the Issue with Customization?

Please let me know, which way is the most advanced in this case.
