Set property after webhooks sucess

Is there a option to update a field after a webhook is passed sucessfully.

Use case for example
When a lead is generated we are passing a webhook post api to call zoho cliq channel.
So after that I wanted to update a field alert ok

This option we have in notifications

There is no that option right now. It would be a good feature.
Meanwhile, you can do it with a server script.
