Set Up Error in ERPNEXT

Hi All,

I tried to install ERPNEXT app in develop bench set up. I had successfully created a new site and cloned the ERPNEXT app in GitHub - frappe/erpnext: Free and Open Source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and then installed erpnext app in the site. After run the bench start command in the localhost:8000 after several steps, I got a error message in final step. Any one please help me. Here is a screenshot.
