Hi, Im totally new to ERP and would like to have help on setting up total appraisal module
Following are the issues blocking me from setting up
- Sharing a appraisal template to a manager once created.
- Setting up periodical appraisal review (Calendar) for the same template.
- Total Annual report based on the appraisal reviews accumulated.
Should i have a admin access to do the above setup ?
Are there any tutorial to setup appraisal completely as per my above request ?

- Sharing a appraisal template to a manager once created.
As per the default permission, Employee has Read permission on Appraisal Template. Also Employee will be able to create “Appraisal”.
HR User and System Manager has permission to submit Appraisal.
Perhaps you can define new Role for the Appraisal Approver. Share appraisal template with the specific User. And allow this Role to submit Appraisals.
- Setting up periodical appraisal review (Calendar) for the same template.
You will have to do it manually. You can either ask Employee to create Appraisal, or you can create it as HR User/Manager.
- Total Annual report based on the appraisal reviews accumulated.
You will need to create custom report for this.
