Setup an Email Alert for User Login

Hi Everyone,

I want to setup an email alert for user login.

I want whenever a user logs in first time, I want to receive an email including the IP Address of the Machine.

@ruchin78, why not just get a report from the feed? In Activity module?

Activity Report doesn’t tell the IP address and also, for report I need to manually run it.

@ruchin78, Ok make a hook under Feed doctype to fill the ip_address, and Emails dont give to you statistics!

PS: Email notification is a awesome feature, but need be used with caution!

Has anyone worked up on this ?

Need a solution.

Basically an SMS alert would be sufficient / preferred.

looks like I have figured a way out
create a report and setup an autoemail to the report in HTML
