Setup Frappe and ERPNext on one server and MySQL on another server

I have a setup where I have two different VPS.

On one VPS I want to setup Frappe Framework and ERPNext and on anoter VPS I want to setup MySQL.

Is this possible?

Can some one please guide me in setting this up?
