It seems that you are asking about the time zone of the operating system. Search for settings in the application menu and look for regional or time related settings.
Hi Anand, yes that is true but the problem also is the setup screen of the erpnext which does not give me the time zone option as attached in the picture sharad

Sorry we do not have Aruba in the country list. For whatever reasons, Wikipedia does not have that info either: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_zone (this is from where we picked our data).
We will have to write a patch to fix this. Will try and do this in the next couple of days.
