i have one small module implemented with similar to erpnext my question is how use this module on another machine for production.

I have setup frappe-bench on my local machine with development script. Then i created new site and import a newly created custom app in this site. Now i want this same app for frappe-bench production setup to other machine. So, how can i use this app on other production setup (other machine) ?
