SETUP site drop down menu

In ERPNext :
On the SETUP site
MENU drop down on the right side (under the chat icon)
You click on the MENU there are two submenu:

For me the
2. Install Applications
not works.

Only a warning:
Site application not found.

Is it a normal behaviour?
as I remember it was some application before: Frappe, ERPNext ect.

Installed Apps
ERPNext: v11.1.5 (master)
Frappe Framework: v11.1.5 (master)
