Hi All!
I am just wondering if any of you here has this usecase where you want to give several user access to an email account but with different sub-folder access to each one? Currently, it is not possible as we can only linked which email account to set for the user. The email folder is set in the email account doctype itself.
I tried to remedy this by creating email aliases then creating email account record for each alias with different sync folder. It turns out it is not showing the emails to the alias email accounts but is showing in the main email accoount.
Any thoughts and ideas?
