I’ve seen some people share via GitHub repositories.
For example, @gavindsouza maintains a curated list of Frappe-related apps and awesome things.

If someone wants to host another repo, but full of helpful scripts, that would be a great way of sharing too.

I also have that problem. I am thinking something like snippets.erpnext.com where you can search and add scripts, reports, etc.
