Shift Type changing weekly

In our company shift changing weekly basis. Like “Shift A” Employees will be worked “Shift B” from next week and “Shift B” will be worked “shift A”. Can anyone give a better solution for that.

@Osama_Ali you can try scheduler events to create new shift assignment every weeks .
