There does not seem to be a provision for a Ship to Address in Purchase Order.
Other than dong a custom format is there any standard way to choose the company address for shipping?

Can it be linked with warehouse?
Solution.
Buying > Purchase Order > Menu > Customize
Default Print Format > Drop Shipping Format
Hope this suits your requirement.
