Shopify Connector

We have an online portal based on X-cart. We have certain queries related to ERPNext planning related to Ecom website.

  1. Whether ERPnext is planning for a full-fledged module related to ecomm website OR it is advisable to use sites like shopify, magento et al using connectors to these sites.

  2. We already have X-cart based ecomm portal. Can someone develop a connector for the same? What can be the approx. cost?

  3. Can we have more information on Shopify connectors (if possible with screen-shots). Can we install shopify connector for demo (we don’t have shopify account at the moment).

Can we also have some of the real time sites who are using shopify connector with ERPNext?

Deven,

[/quote]None for now. This feature is not yet released.

What is approx. ETA for Ecomm module?

@Deven_Shah if you want something quick, try the shopify connector. That will come much sooner. In approval process on the shopify app store.

Curious about this integration. Is anyone here using it for a live-shop @ shopify?

Also, I couldn’t find any info regarding how stock is handled? Can ERPNext be the master so that Shopify internal stock-levels is just a slave to various warehouses depending on markets/country during checkout.

Currently, stock syncing is limited to one warehouse.

While syncing, the system checks balance stock qty in a warehouse which is configured on Shopify Settings and update it to Shopify.

Got it

Will take a look. We use multiple warehouses though for different markets.

I must also investigate if pick-n-pack supports entering serial numbers per item expedited (and fields like that or any other custom details entered at a 3rd party warehouse can be added to the sync job where needed.

Yes, we will consider this for next release. Please create a git issue for this.
